We will never recommend a strategy until we have the knowledge and insight to make it with confidence.

When we’ve found the answer, we are uncommonly confident (some would say) that it’s the right answer.

But we are actually good listeners and will change our opinion if better information or insights emerge. We may be pissed but we will get over it.
